TERMS OF BUSINESS
There is no minimum length of stay at ALLEN HOUSE .
RESERVATIONS
We will need your credit card details in order to confirm a reservation at the time of booking, with the full payment in advance or on arrival.
We accept all major credit cards.
All rates are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% for the first
28 days and at 3.5% thereafter.
CANCELLATIONS
21 day's written notice of a cancellation is required, no refund
will be given unless the accommodation can be re-let.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Apartments are available for Check-in from 2.00 p.m.
All apartments must be vacated by noon
But we will of course try to accommodate your travel arrangements
BREAKAGES
All
breakages and damage will be charged for.
SERVICES
On
arrival we will take a credit card imprint or cash (Sterling only) as
a deposit for any telephone charges (charged on a per-second basis equivalent
to 17p per minute plus VAT), dry cleaning, wine consumption or other services used
during your stay.
